    SAAS Sales Partners are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Exceat Lab. This program does not establish any employment, joint venture.
  2. Referral Cashback Eligibility

  • Cashback is only applicable for successfully completed projects by referred clients.
  • The 20% cashback is calculated based on the final confirmed payment received from the referred client.
  • Cashback will only be processed after full payment is received and verified by Exceat Lab.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  1. Code of Conduct & Misrepresentation
    Sales Partners must not:

  • Claim to be employees or official representatives of Exceat Lab.
  • Make false promises, misleading statements, or use unethical sales tactics.
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior.

  1. Right to Suspend or Terminate
    Exceat Lab reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Sales Partner for:

  • Misconduct, unethical behavior, or client complaints.
  • Attempted fraud, false referrals, or misuse of the program.
  • Any activity that could harm the company’s reputation or relationships.

  1. No Authority to Bind
    Sales Partners are not authorized to enter into agreements, negotiate terms, or make commitments on behalf of Exceat Lab.
  2. Referral Verification & Fraud Prevention
    Exceat Lab reserves the right to verify all referrals. Any suspected fraud, duplicate referrals, or manipulation may lead to disqualification and possible legal action.
  3. Reporting & Transparency
    Users and clients can report inappropriate behavior by Sales Partners at any time. Verified reports may result in immediate termination of the Sales Partner’s access to the program.
  4. Modification & Termination of Program
    Exceat Lab reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the SAAS Sales Partners program at any time without prior notice.
  5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
    Any disputes arising from participation in the SAAS Sales Partners program will be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and United Kingdom, and resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka and United Kingdom.
