About paying
What does “one website” mean?
The license activates on one live website. Local, staging and development copies (localhost, *.local, *.test, staging.* and dev.*) do not count, so you can test freely.
What happens after 12 months?
Pro keeps working. You stop receiving new versions and email support until you renew. Your bookings and settings are never affected.
Is there a fee per booking?
No. Customers pay you through your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its standard processing fee. Exceat Lab takes nothing.
How do I get the plugin after paying?
The success page shows your license key and a download link, and the same arrives by email. If you lose it, use Resend my key.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Do you offer invoices with VAT details?
Stripe emails a receipt for every purchase. For an invoice with your company details, contact us with the purchase email.
