Privacy notice

What we store

• Purchases: your email address, the Stripe payment reference, amount and currency, and your license key (encrypted). Card details are handled only by Stripe.
• Activations: the host name of each website where the license is active (for example example.com) and the plugin version. No visitor or booking data.
• Stripe connections: the connected Stripe account ID and the site host name, so access can be revoked. Access credentials pass through our server encrypted for at most 10 minutes while you connect, then they are deleted.
• Security: rate limits use a keyed hash of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.

Contact form

Messages you send through the contact form are emailed to our support inbox and are not stored on this website. We use your email address only to reply.

What we never receive

Bookings, your customers’ names, emails or phone numbers, and AI assistant conversations stay on your own website. AI messages go from your site directly to Google using your own API key.

Cookies

This website sets one essential cookie, cxsid, only so forms can be protected against forgery and the admin can sign in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe processes purchases and Connect onboarding (Stripe privacy policy).
• Our web host stores this website and its database and delivers our emails.

Retention and your rights

Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Expired connection data and security records are deleted automatically. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
