License terms and terms of use

The software

Calendrax AI (free) and Calendrax AI Pro are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, study, change and share the code under that license. Buying Pro gets you a license key that unlocks Pro features through activation, plus updates and support. The key is for you; please do not publish it.

What one Pro license includes

• Activation on one live website. Local and staging copies (localhost, *.local, *.test, staging.* and dev.*) do not count.
• 12 months of updates and email support from the purchase date.
• Pro keeps working after the 12 months. You stop receiving new versions and support until you renew.

Moving to another website

Deactivate the license under Calendrax, Settings, License, on the old site, then activate it on the new one. If the old site is gone, contact us and we will release it.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refunded license stops unlocking Pro features; your booking data is never affected. Details are in the refund policy.

If our service is unavailable

Bookings, payments and scheduling never depend on our servers. If the license service cannot be reached, Pro keeps working for 30 days from the last successful check.

Payments you take

Your customers pay you directly through your own Stripe account, under your agreement with Stripe. Exceat Lab is not a party to those payments and charges no transaction fees. You are responsible for your prices, refunds, taxes and the information you give your customers.

AI assistant

The Pro assistant uses your own Google Gemini API key under Google’s terms. AI replies can be wrong. The assistant only offers times and prices that Calendrax returns, and customers confirm every booking themselves, but you remain responsible for the instructions you give it and for telling visitors that chat messages are processed by Google.

Using this website

This website sells and supports Calendrax. Please do not attempt to break its security, overload it, or use it to send spam. Automated checks from the plugin (license and update requests) are expected and welcome.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is, as described in the GPL. We work hard to make it reliable and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot accept liability for indirect losses such as lost bookings or profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
