Refund policy
If Calendrax Pro is not right for your business, you can have your money back within 14 days. No forms and no questions you do not want to answer.
How to ask
Send a message through the contact page from the email you bought with, within 14 days of purchase. We refund the full amount to the original card through Stripe, usually within one working day. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
What happens to the license
The license is marked as refunded and stops unlocking Pro features at the site’s next check. Your bookings, customers, payments and settings stay exactly as they are, and the free plugin keeps working.
After 14 days
We do not normally refund after 14 days. If something we promised does not work and we cannot fix it, tell us and we will make it right.
Payments your customers make
This policy covers your purchase of Pro from Exceat Lab. Deposits and payments your own customers make go to your Stripe account; you refund those from the booking screen in WordPress or in your Stripe dashboard.
